1.How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process your order within 1-2 business days. After your order is in transit, you should expect it to arrive within 3-7 business days. In the event that you have not received your order within 15 days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2.Where do you ship to?

We only shipped to the contiguous US 48 states,

3. Which carrier companies do you cooperate with?

We have partnered with Sf-Express, UPS, FedEx, USPS and Amazon FBA shipping.

4. Can the discount code be applied to the previous order?

The discount code can only be applied at the time when you’re at the checkout page. Normally if you notice the discount code right a few minutes after you complete your latest order, you can directly contact us via email to ask for a partly refund.

5. What should I do if I want to return?

We have 30-Day No-Reason Return Warranty for all our products. For more info, please read our Return & Refund Policy.

6.What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven’t received your order, you should check if the shop shipped your order yet. To check if your order was shipped. Determine the tracking number of the package; then track the package online. If the tracking info shows delivered & you didn’t receive it then you will need to the delivery company and report that you have not received the package. If the carrier says the package was delivered to your address, you can contact us, then we will do a claim for your missing package.

7. What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a replacement in 30 days.

8. Why has my package tracking stopped updating?

Most often when a package tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the package’s progress. If your package still hasn't arrived after 10 days, and there is no new tracking information available on it, please contact us and we will submit a claim with the delivery courier.
