We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our checkout system. We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay for a faster checkout experience. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
For credit/debit cards and PayPal, the amount is authorized and charged immediately. For Klarna “Pay Later,” the amount is charged after the 30-day period; for “Pay in 4,” the first payment is taken at the time of purchase.
For orders shipped within the United States, we are required to collect applicable state and local sales tax. The exact tax will be calculated and displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

We offer the following shipping options to the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): FREE on orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.99 applies for orders under $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days): Available at checkout for a calculated fee.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may have different rates and timelines, which will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also log into your Rackora account to view the status of all your orders.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for items in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all associated costs.
- For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.

All Rackora products are backed by a limited 1-year warrantyagainst defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective item at our discretion. Please contact our support team with your order details to initiate a warranty claim.
