Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please Note:

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time and fees, which will be calculated at checkout.


Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Flat Rate: For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
Expedited/Express Fees: Fees for faster shipping methods are calculated in real-time based on your delivery address and order weight. You can see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

 

International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. All international orders are clearly labeled as "International Shipping" throughout the checkout process and on your order confirmation.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.
  • Once dispatched from our warehouse in China, the estimated shipping transit time is 9 to 17 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow 10 - 20 business days for your order to arrive from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs processing and local postal services.

International Orders & Customs

For customers shipping outside the United States:

Duties & Taxes: You, as the recipient, are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be levied by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Customs Declarations: We accurately declare the full value of all international shipments as required by law. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or underdeclare values.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot modify the address once an order is processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.


Returns & Exchanges
