Warranty
Your product(s) is covered by a limited warranty of one (1) year from the delivery date. The warranty period is nontransferable to a replacement product.
A warranty claim must be initiated by the customer.
When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed to be valid, we will then replace the item at no charge, with a new product of the same model and style.
The warranty is good for one (1) free replacement for the same product and color. In the event a claim is made and the replacement product is not in stock or discontinued, customers have the option to exchange for a product of equal value, or collect a refund if still within 30 days of purchase. We do not cover for multiple replacements under the above Limited Product Warranty. If the warranty expires, the warranty becomes void and replacements will not be covered.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our company, or our affiliates, be liable for any direct, incidental, punitive or special consequential damages arising out or connected with the use of, or inability to use our product or any installation application to our products. This limitation applies to alleged liability which is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theory, even the possibility of damages, specifically online purchases and listing content on our webstores, related authorized online channels, retail outlets, authorized resellers, unauthorized resellers and wholesalers. In the event some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages to the extent indicated above, our liability should be limited to the extent permitted by law. Rackora requires proof of purchase for warranty claims. Rackora reserves the right to decline a warranty for insufficient documentation. Exceptions
The Limited Warranty does not apply to our products purchased through non-authorized re-sellers such as retail stores and brokers of resellers. Please contact the original place of purchase for your return or warranty issue.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to damage of the product caused by accident abuse or drops, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or any purpose other than its intended purpose.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to theft.
The Limited Warranty does not cover your devices. The Limited Warranty covers only the Rackora product you purchased. As to any claim of whatever nature asserted against Rackora and its affiliates and/or employees that relates to the product(s) you purchased, your exclusive and sole remedy is expressly limited to the above conditions as stated. In addition, any claims of damage due to buyer’s installation, either upon install or uninstall, from and by online instruction videos, written or verbal instructions, or links to instructions, Rackora has no liability for any incurred damages or destruction of buyer’s consumer electronics devices or other personal property, including, without limitations, tablets, stylus, keyboards, laptops, mobile phones, or handheld devices, or any lost data or software apps contained in buyer’s devices.
The Limited Warranty does not cover water damage to your device. Our products are not certified as “waterproof”.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks or other cosmetic damage.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to weather damage, including but not limited to heat, rain, wind, or objects by nature.
The Limited Warranty does not cover for loss due to stolen cases or other related criminal activity.
The Limited Warranty does not cover for repair, replacement or insurance costs for devices installed in Rackora products.
The Limited Warranty does not cover counterfeit products sold to customer by retail stores, internet online store, or other types of businesses.
The Limited Warranty is nontransferable and only valid for the original purchaser and are nontransferable to the subsequent orders.
Customer are required to provide a valid order number as proof of purchase within one year. Our products are registered trademark and counterfeit distribution related activities are unlawful and Rackora will not be able to exchange, refund or warranty a customer claim on these types of products. The Limited Warranty is not liable for any indirect or direct punitive damages arising from the use of Rackora products.
