Track Your Order

Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from service@rackorapro.com with your tracking number included in it. We send your shipping confirmation within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.

 

Note: Tracking information may not update due to holiday rush, bad weather condition, delay on the carrier’s part, etc. But don't worry, the normal transit time is 5-7 business days. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, contact us at service@rackorapro.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.

*If your order contains more than one item, it will be split into multiple shipments. The items won't all fit in a single package due to size and weight.
