Warranty

This is a limited warranty for Rackora products purchased directly from rackorapro.com. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
How long coverage lasts
Coverage runs from the date of delivery and depends on the product family. Where a product contains both durable structure and powered components, the two periods are shown separately.

What we will do
At our option, we will repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. A given product is eligible for one replacement under this warranty. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we may instead offer a product of equal value or a refund. This is our sole obligation under this warranty.
What this warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, drops, improper installation, improper care or maintenance, or use for a purpose other than the intended purpose
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function, including scratches, dents, cracks and fading
- Normal wear on consumable parts, including bulbs and casters
- Water or weather damage to products that are not rated for wet or outdoor use
- Theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Please contact the original place of purchase for its return or warranty process.
- Products with removed, altered or illegible serial numbers or labels
- Devices, personal property or data used with, mounted on, or stored in a Rackora product
- Consequential or incidental damages, to the extent permitted by law
How to make a claim
- Email service@rackorapro.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and at least one clear photo or video showing it.
- We will respond as soon as possible and normally within 2 business days.
- We may ask you to return the defective item. If we do, we will cover the return shipping.
- Proof of purchase is required. Product registration is not required, and you do not need to return a registration card to make a claim.
We reserve the right to decline a claim where the defect cannot be verified or the documentation is insufficient.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall Rackora, or its affiliates, be liable for any direct, incidental, punitive or special consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of, or inability to use, our product. This limitation applies to any alleged liability based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or other legal theory, including online purchases and listing content on our webstore and related authorized channels. Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages to the extent stated above, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
How state law applies
This is a limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent permitted by law, the duration of any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this limited warranty. We do not exclude any implied warranty; this warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.
